Experience:
- Assistant Public Defender
in Philadelphia, where I tried hundreds of criminal cases.
- I worked in several
firms specializing in civil litigation, trying many injury,
death and civil rights cases, including a number of jury trials
in federal and state courts.
- During my early years
of practice, I developed an interest, and gained a great deal
of experience, in the field of family law.
- For over 20 years, I
have concentrated my practice almost exclusively in family law
matters.
- For nearly 20 years,
I have also been a trained mediator and I am presently a Practitioner
Member of the Association for Conflict Resolution (formerly
the Academy of Family Mediators).
- In addition to maintaining
a private family mediation practice, I am an approved mediator
in the Montgomery County Family Court custody mediation programs
and an economic mediator for the New Jersey Superior Court
