• We help our clients through what is often a difficult emotional time by providing the support needed. Our clients require information regarding law and procedure; prompt attention to detail; and regular client communication. • We strive to improve an already difficult situation, and not add further worry. While our attorneys have strong litigation backgrounds, and many courtroom success stories, many of our biggest accomplishments come from cases have been able to resolve without the necessity of lengthy and expensive litigation. To be sure, our client referrals often come from past clients who recognized and appreciated our firm’s skills in obtaining a hard-fought, but fair, settlement.
  
  
• We understand, too, that for all of our clients, attorney’s fees are a tremendous strain on the budget. We therefore do our best to keep fees and costs at a reasonable level. All clients working with the firm receive a monthly statement to stay abreast of the most recent services provided, costs incurred and their case status.
  
  
• We have learned how important it is to promptly respond to our clients’ telephone calls. We make a practice of returning all telephone calls as soon as possible, and promptly provide copies of all documents and correspondence to our clients so that at all times, they remain well-informed about the status of their case.
  
  
• Our initial contact with a prospective client usually comes in the form of a consultation, for which we charge a flat fee. During that consultation, which usually lasts one hour, we will answer questions with respect to our firm, our fees and professional background, as well as discussing our approach to your particular needs. We will also advise you as to the procedures and the law controlling your case, and the best way to go about accomplishing your specific goals.
